Your Boxabl experience begins with our expert on-site assessment. We pinpoint the best placement and utility hookups for your property. Then, we work with you to choose the perfect Boxabl model and review the most suitable financing solutions.
2. Acquiring Permits
We efficiently manage all the paperwork and secure the necessary permits for your Boxabl, guaranteeing full compliance with local regulations before we start building.
3. Prepare Your Site
We take care of all site preparation, from clearing and leveling your property to pouring the foundation and trenching for utilities. Our team then expertly manages all essential utility connections to ensure proper installation from start to finish
4. Boxabl Delivery
Your Boxabl ADU is delivered safely and seamlessly from the factory right to your prepared location. We unfold the unit to quickly create your spacious new living area.
5. Final Inspection
We apply all finishing details and perform a detailed quality assurance check so your Boxabl performs exactly as it should. We also support you in obtaining the Certificate of Occupancy.
6 Move-In Ready
Once approved, we'll hand over the keys to your new Boxabl ADU, ready for you or your tenants to move in and enjoy!
